Why increment by 7th pay commission who they are to decide spending 99% hard earned money on 1% people.

We pay 200000 crore for central and state govt. employees (black money as bribe is not included).

Why state/central govt. employees go on strike for higher salary or perks. It is given from public money these govt. employees are 1% only and 99% people pay for them these 99% people should decide if they want to increase salary of these employees who work for 150 day hardly in a year for them with many facilities instead of 7^th pay commission. Why non govt. employees are not united as we know many of govt. employees are useless and count holidays most of the time.

What happens to the govt. employee after being caught red handed in case of bribe, does anyone know? they are suspended for 6 month means 50% salary with holidays and poor people don’t earn black money till 6 months. What do you think they stop taking bribe ha ha ha..... No hard punishment, no improvement. Why govt. don’t punish them? What do you think?

A corrupt RTO officer should be punished to pay all the injured/dead people as per their responsibilities met an accident for an unfit commercial vehicle given a fitness certificate. His properties should be sold and divide among the dead/injured people.

Will any other RTO office will give fitness certificate to unfit vehicle. What do you say?

An engineer should be liable to pay all the injured/dead people  for a bad construction of bridge or building. He should pay to repair the bridge and to all the injured / dead people by selling his properties.

Remove Govt school teachers.

1.3 million schools are in India.

Do we need govt. schools? Do teacher teach in govt schools? What salary they get? They have complaint about everything school structure, approach, conveyance, road, facilities in school, mid day meal. Why 8^th class kid is not able to write his name.

If a tablet is given to a 5^th class kid and audio visual classes are feeded in that or even a lifetime internet can be given for free instead of paying ineligible teachers, Kids can watch it repeatedly listen to the correct words and pronunciation ( as many teachers don’t know themselves about english/maths or other subjects) do they need teacher which cost in lacs for lifetime (salary, pension and other facilities) still not performing their duties. Track of kids education can be kept online as being done already.

We can save money goes in corruption account

School structure(toiles :()

playground

Teachers/Principal/Staff

village/block level/district level officers

mid day meal

and we can promote gurukul system (where an intelligent kid can teach others).

I can say all this because I have studied in a Govt. school in a small town where teacher used to sleep in the classroom and we were sitting on the floor. Whatever I have learnt was on my own after class 6 when I understood that its only me who can teach me.

School teacher said my daughter to write conversation of father and mother about school...
The kid wrote-
Father-The teacher's in school are illiterate .
Mother- Every week school is ready to snatch money from us for any reason.
Father-They asked for 50 Rs. for I-card which doesn't cost more than 10 Rs.
Mother-We can't even complain against these robbers.

and after reading.............. this ............. teacher ............... fainted...............
