Why increment by 7th pay commission who they are to decide spending 99% hard earned money on 1% people.

We pay 200000 crore for central and state govt. employees (black money as bribe is not included).
Why state/central govt. employees go on strike for higher salary or perks. It is given from public money these govt. employees are 1% only and 99% people pay for them these 99% people should decide if they want to increase salary of these employees who work for 150 day hardly in a year for them with many facilities instead of 7th pay commission. Why non govt. employees are not united as we know many of govt. employees are useless and count holidays most of the time.

What happens to the govt. employee after being caught red handed in case of bribe, does anyone know? they are suspended for 6 month means 50% salary with holidays and poor people don’t earn black money till 6 months. What do you think they stop taking bribe ha ha ha..... No hard punishment, no improvement. Why govt. don’t punish them? What do you think?

A corrupt RTO officer should be punished to pay all the injured/dead people as per their responsibilities met an accident for an unfit commercial vehicle given a fitness certificate. His properties should be sold and divide among the dead/injured people.

Will any other RTO office will give fitness certificate to unfit vehicle. What do you say?

An engineer should be liable to pay all the injured/dead people  for a bad construction of bridge or building. He should pay to repair the bridge and to all the injured / dead people by selling his properties.
